When is the deadline to register?

Registrations will be accepted until the courses have reached capacity.  Early Bird registration will be open at the end of 2018 through January 31, 2019 midnight PST.

 

How do I get my badge on arrival?

You will be required to wear your name badge for access throughout the Solea User Group Meeting.  Badges can be picked up starting at 3PM on April 11th outside the Palomino Ballroom. Should you not be arriving for the Welcome Reception on Thursday, April 11th, there will be a help desk open throughout the conference outside of the Palomino Ballroom.

How do I register for my courses?

When you register for the meeting, you will be instructed to sign up for your courses at the time of checkout.

 

Can I change courses after I’ve signed up?

Yes, you will just need to log back into your registration confirmation and adjust your courses directly on the registration website.  You may do this up to the day of the course without penalty but will be subject to availability of space in the course.

 

How do I receive CE credits for attending a course?

When you attend a course, your badge will be scanned.  You will be instructed to sign and verify your attendance at the complete course.  If you do not stay for the duration of the class, you will not receive the CE credits.  Following the meeting, you will receive a certificate outlining each of the courses that you have taken and the CEs obtained at each course you attended.

What is the registration cancellation policy?

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to etrofatter@convergentdental.comConvergent Dental is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances. Full refunds for registration minus a $150 cancellation fee will be given only if written notice of cancellation is received 45 days prior to the meeting. A 50% refund will be given if written notice is received up to two weeks prior to the meeting.  No refunds are issued within two weeks prior to the course. No refunds are issued for no-shows.

 

What is the attire for the meeting?

Business casual for the meeting and Welcome Reception.  Business cocktail for the Friday night party at The Clayton House.

 

Can I bring my family?

Family members are welcome to join you at this meeting.  Any spouses or children that participate in the excursions or evening events will be required to check in at registration between 3PM-6PM on Thursday, April 11th and obtain their badge.

 

Will transportation be provided to the Friday night party?

Yes, The Clayton House is 30 minutes away from the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and buses will be provided to and from the event.  Buses will depart beginning at 6:30PM on Friday, April 12th and will shuttle back to the hotel throughout the evening until the end of the event.
